• Residential Computer Diagnostics - Geekabyte Computers will determine what is wrong with your computer and then fix it.  Included hardware testings, scan for viruses and other malware, scandisk, and Operating System reinstall if required.

• Help Purchasing a New Computer - even though Geekabyte Computers does not sell new computers, Raymond will help you find the best computer for your needs.
• Home Networking Installs - have Geekabyte Computers install a wired or wireless network in your home allowing multiple computers to connect to the internet, share files and printers, or even stream media to your TV (Additional hardware required - ask for details).
• Hardware Installation - have Geekabyte Computers install additional, or upgrade existing, hardware in your computer.
• Operating System Restore/Reinstall/Upgrade - Have Geekabyte Computers reinstall your operating system, upgrade your operating system, or restore your computer to factory defaults.  Also includes antivirus/antispyware software installation, Windows configuration and optional email client configuration. Best effort data backup is included.
• Software Installation - have Geekabyte Computers install and/or purchase your new software.
• Basic Computer Setup - have Geekabyte Computers setup your new computer. Includes Antivirus and Antispyware software installation, Windows configuration including user accounts and optional email client configuration.
• Advanced Computer Setup - have Geekabyte Computers setup your new computer. Includes everything included in a basic computer setup plus installation of any provided 3rd party programs.
• Premium Computer Setup - have Geekabyte Computers setup your new computer. Includes an advanced computer setup as well as recovery disk set creation and optional data migration from another computer.
• Recovery Disk Creation - Geekabyte Computers will create a set of recovery disks for your computer which will allow you to set the computer settings back to factory defaults.
• Data Backup - have Geekabyte Computers backup your important files onto DVD(s) for safe keeping.
• Stored Acronis Image - have Geekabyte Computers create an exact copy of your hard drive and store it securely at Geekabyte Computers.
• Data Migration - don't loose any of your existing settings or data when you purchase a new computer by having Geekabyte Computers transfer the data to your new computer.
• Computer Tune Up - have Geekabyte Computers configure your computer for optimal performance.  Includes defragmenting the hard drive, Scandisk, Disk Cleanup, removal of unwanted programs, hardware testing, operating system tweaks, and a scan for viruses and other malware.
